This policy-focused event will explore practical solutions to key challenges affecting the quality, availability, and use of health workforce data. Discussions will examine how improved planning, better data integration, and stronger coordination can contribute to building sustainable and resilient health systems.
Participants will also reflect on the feasibility of establishing a unified European Health Professionals’ Registry and its potential links with the European Health Data Space. The conversation will take place in the broader context of evolving workforce needs, digital transformation, and emerging models of care.
